This is the first time, in my 12 years of being on forums and posting what I feel needs to be said, that I've ever encountered someone impersonating my username. Maybe it wasn't you or your people, but I feel about 85% that it is.

The only other option is another joker on this site wanted to incite some shit (15% chance).


Either way, what I said before stands.

This forum started with friends and acquaintances that hung out at the track (not to mention that some of us got kicked out of some gay-ass ford Club) and blossomed from there. Everyone here contributes in some way..either through posting stories, pic, vids, lending a hand, sharing tips/news, or, in my case, bringing the laughs and cold, hard truth.

You posted small snip-its of racing vids laced with watermarks and linked it back to your forum. Not only does your "buddy" "does this for a living" and wants $ to see a full, unmarked video from what was a typical fucking night at Dorchester....you, yourself, sell clothing. So..deductive reason leads me to believe that you see our site as a hotbed of money-pumping hosts. Fuck that.

Link a complete vid to youtube or don't bother. You're buddy isn't in holding cameras in Hollywood, and was trying too hard to be "artsy" for a grudge-racing 1/8 mile track, so I don't know what you guys were aiming for. Maybe vid a wedding or something?


What leads me to believe that it was you/your group is:

- I've said way worse/offensive shit to others without the repercussions of
an imposter
- The hacker didn't post in this thread
- The imposter was good. I still don't know how he was able to manipulate the system as to allow him to have the exact username as me (changeing fonts?). We've never seen that
magnitude of wizardry in these parts yet. Must be that rich-boy stuff down there.

..and the most damning:

I live in Germany now. What that means is that the time difference is 6 hours. When I woke up to drink my 0700 coffee (which was fucking stellar, in case you were wondering), I noticed the impersonated posts. From 0700-1400L my time (0100-0800L YOUR TIME) you kept loggin IN AND OUT! I could understand leaving a computer logged on while you sleep, but you were active during those hours when no one else is one (trust me...it's irregular behavior...I'm used to being on when no one else is).

What does that mean? Whelp...you saw what I posted at 0700-0800 this morning with all kinds of mud and accusations thrown at you and your site. You didn't bother posting any defense until I was off doing my errands in town today for the past 3 hours. Now, all of a sudden, after you've been actively logging in and out for the past 9 hours in a forum that's ben hosting my posts that have called you/SCgearheads out,...you decided to make cries of innocence when I was away? Nay. Nay, I say.
You will find no refuge here.

So roll over and tell your wannabe "videographer" that you better start posting full, un-watermarked vids if you are going to bother with our site. If you want to set-up a race/post a video, coolio. Please post the particulars on this site if you wish anyone to participate/view. At the very least, if you are going to link to your local site (which is still a little unrefined) please make it so we don't have to register to visit. Time is money and I am not in the habit of padding someone's member count just to see event details/videos.
