On the 8 thread heads the torqueing(sp) down is not as important, I have not seen anywhere anybody has had any trouble with the 8 thread head spitting the plugs. On ours we put a little lube on the threads and tighten.

I agree. My truck is set at .034 and it works up to 18-20lbs of boost.
