I would go with 4.56's over the 4.10s. Changing gears on 2 axles does get a bit expensve, though..... If it were mine I would buy the Eaton Truetrac (formerly Detroit Truetrac) or one of Auburns higher end units for the rear. If you don't plan on off-roading the truck just leave the stock front diff in it. You do not want a locker in the front of a daily driver truck.
