the aluminum that holds the guide in place is busted up and gone. that could be a problem unless its welded up, machined properly, new guide installed/ reamed. then the seat needs replaced and what looks like an expensive valve. the springs to retainer fit looks weird to me and so do the locks. but they will need to be replaced but there is just something about the top of the spring that looks weird.
the CNC work looks like it misses spots all over the place so I have to wonder what the intake port volume is in the first place. its possible it is 210 and they are selling a $1000 215cc port. or maybe the head has alot of core shift and port flow could be all over the map
to me it looks like you could have an easy $1000 into a set of heads that if not repaired properly could end up costing even more money in the future.
its easy to weld up a chamber and replace a seat but it may not be easy to repair the guide area.
why no guide plates on the heads?
I would pass. That's my opinion
