We have a stock 97 LT1 4L60e with 3.42's in a fragile 10 bolt spraying a 75 shot. Oh annd I will not discuss weight because weight doesn't matter when I'm slow anyway.
Only weight reduction we did was remove the back seat. that was to mount the bottle. we run 10's n/a and 9's with a shot of gas in the 1/8th.
We have the motor pulled currently to get the tranny fixed because it was slipping from I guess too many times trying to get it faster. the tranny couldn't take the tq. And we have to replace an oil pan with one we got at the dyno day that doesn't have a hole in it.
Oh I did install a Bravada guage cluster that goes to 120mph and will be getting the intake powdercoated. maybe that will make it go faster.
