hey, shoot me a PM with your phone number, and I will give you a call tomorrow. all I know, i have learned today, and most of that was from their customer service Rep. you seem to know more than he did. I can conference you in, and we can call them together.
i downloaded the tunes from the X3 I have, and it only has two.
and the Customer Service Rep at SCT is the one who said "they come empty, and your dyno shop/retailer will have to load the tunes into it"
He specifically and REPEATEDLY told me that SCT has NO tunes, and they do not archive any, because the retailer has to put them in. that's why they don't have "stock" tunes on their website for you to download.
and that made sense, since my unit only had 2 tunes in it:

i can send them to you if you can look at them.

well, it downloads as a filename with a LBU extension, so I can't "open" the tune file to see what parameters are in it.
the customer rep was useless.
i would need that $370 software to edit the existing tune.
