You can use dental floss, plastic squeegee, plastic razor blade which is like the plastic squeegee or fishing line. all will remove the emblem. for removing pinstriping and other graphics I have a vinyl removing wheel that will not harm the paint.

For the glue you can use "goof off" but in a very well ventilated area. Or you can use adhesive remover thats found in the sign industry too.
