If I owned a track I wouldnt pay for a service that was open to the public like that unless I passed on the cost to the customer. Not to mention it would probably be slow as hell and the reception at anymore than about 100 ft from the transmitter would be awful.

I use my jesus phone at the track for internet if I need it which more often than not I dont.
