				 | R-N-R (Roast-N-Racing) Event

Sunday March 25, two of the lowcountry favorite past times collide as Dorchester Dragway host the first ever Roast-N-Racing event. It's a oyster roast along with drag racing as the backdrop. For you drag racers that love oysters, it's the best of both worlds! The greatest thing about it is, after you pay your general gate admission ($10), all the oysters you care to eat is absolutely FREE! So, tell a friend to bring a friend to socialize, eat some oysters and burn rubber!

Todays event has been canceled due to the unseasonable warm temps and slight chance of rain. We didn't want to be stuck with 20 bushels or more of oysters. It will be rescheduled to the end of the year when its cooler.

i live about 4 miles from the track and there is a few clouds right now but they are moving away from the track and doesnt seem to be leaving any rain behind. most likely they wont be running but you never know, its always worth calling. |
