Default wifi extender

Anyone have experience with these?

I put a computer in my garage and the signal is a little weak. When streaming music it sounds like its in slow mo when i search on another page.

I did a quick search and the Zyxel Wap3205 seems to be the best bang for the buck.

Thanks

I would just get another router that supports DDWRT.

Where is the wifi antenna on the computer? if its usb, get an extension and locate it higher.

i moved into a house roughly 1/10 of a mile away from my parents house and i attached my house's router to their network. i am also running one of these at their house attached to their network:

Get one of these. Add a network switch and a wireless router and you can have an entire office the garage.

Had a network extender. As a matter of fact, you can have it if I can find it. fairly new.
