Default Pros and Cons of running a softer spring rate up front

Just curious I am about to order some qa1 R series coil overs for the front of the T/A QA1 offers three different spring rates 275,300,325# 325 being for road course/autocross ect, 300 street/track, and 275 drag race application only, I am leaning towards the 275s since the car is still streetable but its a stick so it needs all the help it can get to launch because it hits the tires hard, I only really drive it sometimes on weekends/ drives to the track/ and is my backup car in case my truck or wifes car breaks down would the ride be terrible on the street with these or can I compensate with the bound/ rebound adjustment on the shocks?

Anyone on hear drive a car on the street with a similar setup what are your guy's thoughts?

If you have an iorn block go with the 300s 0r 325s. I had 275s in mine and had to adjust them almost all the way up to level the car out. With them adjusted up that far the spring was almost completely compressed

The guys at BMR recommended the 325s I also said to hell with QA1 and bought strange double adjustables. With there hyper coil line spring.

I only know Mustang stuff. Most guys with Fox and sn95 cars run 150-175 springs in the front for drag use, and they ride just fine.....I had some 300's once in a 302 Fox and they were super stiff, my current car has 175's. Of course, your car is much more nose heavy and a whole different animal than a Fox Mustang with a sbf.....
