I read on grudge racer where he said its not a Chevy, Ford, or mopar so probably a proline motor and he said its only 163 cubes bigger than last motor so I think Wes is right

It is not a ProLine motor and 481X does not mean 481 cubic inches.

Proline is an engine builder, not a manufacturer. They buy parts and assemble.
