It bypasses the liver so you get the full brunt of the alcohol absorbed into the blood stream. Drinking it makes it go to the liver what doesn't get filtered goes into the blood stream. Saw it on 100 ways ro die lol!

Fyi...Just in case you get stranded at sea, you can use "butt chug" sea water and not die of thirst. Same principle
