I dont think shooting at a moving car was a good idea. But I think the use of deadly force to protect ones property is justified.

I think more folks need to defend their property in anyway they can. I just hope the guy that shot the Douchebag does not get into trouble over this, you know for violating the Scumbag's Freedom of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Theft.... or whatever weird crap the Proscutor's will make up.

Now that's my kind of "Neighborhood Watch"!

I hope the shooter comes out alright with the law. Maybe the cops got some fingerprints off the truck to compare to the shootee's prints. If found matching, that would kill the credibility of the trash digging story @ 12:30AM.

Bad thing about guns @ 12:30AM, they tend to wake the neighbors. I prefer a Rage 2 blade broadhead through the chest that doesn't make any noise. That way, if the cops ever do happen to get involved, there will be a blood trail starting at the truck to prove the thieving low life was up to no good.
