it saves me time with keeping up with my nutrition, puts some extra money in my pocket, and i get to help friends out... would any of y'all be interested in doing any of that as well? i have energy i forgot was possible now, i'm losing fat and gaining muscle, and i CRAVE the shakes- but i'm never hungry or feeling like i am missing out on anything... best thing i've ever found for nutrition and fitness and i've tried a BUNCH of stuff. i do a shake every morning when i get up, eat whatever i want throughout the day, and a shake at night and i've lost about 10 lbs in less than a month with very little exercise... if i want a cheeseburger or an order of bacon, i eat it too! lol

I'm using visalus now. I've lost 24lbs. and have not done 1 minute of exercise. My brother is a representative. Yes it is expensive but I haven't had to make a single trip to the gym or pay some doctor for vitamin B shots either.

My kit is $220. a month but I save more than that by not spending between $5-7 dollars a day at McDonalds on oatmeal and a frappe for breakfast, then $7-10 a day on lunch (excluding weekends). Pays for itself!

blood pressure is the lowest its been since I was 21, cholesterol is the same as it was when I went to basic training.

Just my experience .02.

Physical Training is not an option in my case; self control at the table is not a problem. I wish I still could run and do PT. So instead of whining about being over weight, I'm doing something about it. but the program is not designed for weight loss, its developed for health, the weight loss is a by-product

this. like i said, it's not for everyone, but a lot of people dont know about it and i wanted to put it out there in case anyone was interested... it has been phenomenal for myself and my family and we all feel much better physically as a result of following the program... i'm not going to go into too much detail, but many of my mother's health problems have disappeared over the last 6 months as well and i will say that my grandfather- who had a heart transplant, is healthier and more energetic than he has been in years

My energy level went through the roof. My wife was a nay-sayer telling me not to waste the money, its a scam, blah blah blah....... then when she saw my blood pressure go down to what it was when I was running 5 miles a day (from 140/84 down to 116/68) and my cholesterol go down, my energy level go up, my mood was better, my fat was falling off I went from 268 to 244 in less than 2 months, she decided to try it and is losing weight faster than I am.

My brother is the rep I buy from and he takes it himself and has never had more energy or felt better (he is 5' 6" and weighs about 130lbs of muscle) and he has never had a weight problem.


A guy I went to high school with lost 160 lbs. and now he is a Rep. They gave him a BMW 5 Series. But then again he has a half dozen pro athletes that he sells to........... He tried to get me to be a Rep but I don't want to sell it, I just want to use it and get the benefits and not have to worry about sales pitches

yeah, i called bullshit on it for months while my mom was offering it to me and finally tried some of it while i was home on leave last month... within like 3 days of taking hers/theirs, i was sold and placed my order lol... the bmw thing is that they give you $600/month towards your bmw of choice or $300/month extra cash on your check... i dont care if i get the car, or a ton of extra money really if i can just help others feel as great as i do
