Dry Rub Ribs
Ok, are there any places in Columbia/Charleston that offer [Memphis] Dry Rub Ribs? I remember LOVING those when I lived in TN/KY (Fort Campbell) but haven't seen any down here. I don't care for the overwhelming taste of BBQ sauce on my ribs but love the dry rub stuff.
I know, completely random, but worth a shot.
