Default oil pan welding

so I have all of my parts in hand and im about to start building my motor when a friend suggested that I go ahead and get a -10 fitting installed for the turbo on the side of the pan. I will not have to turbo for a little while but it makes sense to go ahead and do this while the pan is off. Does anyone here know someone that can weld this on for me
