TX2k14 Roll Racing Event List

im a little disappointed that i dont see a thirdgen firebird on the list. i was hoping he would get it sorted out and attend this years event.
this field is worse than a small tire race with all the mustangs! its all gtrs!

We have street races on the staging lanes out at TWS. It will be interesting to see how the cars do on the oval, its in pretty bad shape.

If you look in the video every time you see different colors or shadows on the pavement that patches that look like the city did, lol. The stretch where they are actually doing the roll racing is the best part of the whole oval though. They'll be fine for the roll race but curious how they will handle slowing down on the rough parts. I have need been in a lambo or gtr hauling ass on rough roads so it may not even matter to them.
They had some old craftsman trucks come out and run 150-160 mph around the oval and they said it was good enough for them at those speeds. I'm just guessing the roll races would hit higher mph than that.
TWS is a neat facility its really old and outdated though. The road course inside the oval isn't near as bad as the oval but the stands are condemned and falling apart. Most of the stuff is just patched together. If they didn't rent out the road course all the time the would have closed years ago.

i got this event in March and Texas Invitational in April so I might have gone a little bigger on my turbos

rich just stuffed a set of 37r's in his 4.1 l gtr along with a 5 axis cnc head port from head games.... i know he is way under rated on the list.

yup everyone is going big lol

i went with alpha14 turbos and threw an extra set of injectors on the manifold because my ID2000s were maxed.

my thirdgen guy sold his car.... he said if the new owner can finish paying for it in time he might bring the car out. its a blue firebird formula with a 430" sbf that came out of his outlaw 10.5 car. got twin 76's on it i think?

Damn...errrbody got a 1K+ horsepower GTR nowadays. Where's that $225,000 Nissan vending machine at!!!! Push the D-4 buttons, let the GTR drop in the collector tray and you got yourself an instant 1-mile car, brah...no clutch pedal needed!

I dont care anything about roll racing but if I am free that weekend I'll swing by and watch for a little while just to see some badass cars hauling ass on the oval.
