Btw you shouldnt use an LLC in south carolina. S-corp is the way to go.

On a serious note, where is the room located in north charleston Rob? Does it have it's own bathroom, or would the person be sharing with other people? How much is rent? These basic things, as well as nude photo's of the other females that live there, might help rent it! lol
