Lol, that's Chad recording in the truck. Donny just showed me that video at lunch. The NC officer was found at fault by NCPD after they saw the video.

They said the cop was in plain clothes, so I wonder if he was even suppose to be down here in that car?

That's what i was just thinking, most cops aren't allowed to take their patrol cars past a certain radius.

He could be here doing an Extradition or in town for training. Numerous different reasons to be in town. Now the driving part, not very smart.

It's been sent to CNN and all local new stations in Charleston and the officers town.

Coming here for training all the way from there? I didn't know they came that far for training. I would think there would be somewhere closer?

I think it is kinda far also, but it isn't out of the question. Wife has been to Florida for training before. Same difference in distance.
