Its just fishy. I even asked what the deal was, and was told the lights would take 30 mins to come back on, and the EMT guys had already left. Ive been there for a few years and have never seen the lights out that early!

No, peoblem Slowgreen. I guess u were told that because those floodlights have to cool down, then they will eventually come back on, but that was after power was restored.
