Anyone know where to get those little boots that cover up the ebrake actuators on the backing plates?

Sometimes, little brake related parts like that come in a brake hardware kit. What sucks is you usually have to get the whole kit to get the one piece you need.

Ya. I can get that kit from GM but they want over 200 dollars for the "kit". Was hoping I could find an aftermarket company that made them, seems like a common wear item.
