E38 ECM C6 Corvette Tacho Output

Besides digging into the massive harness that comes off the ECM to get to pin 48 (white wire) for the engine speed. Is there another location this wire goes to that i can tap into, this is for a pump speed controller that needs a tach signal. i plan to add the pull up resistor (1k) to help boost the signal.

I also have an autometer tach adaptor, but dont like the install instructions to cut the main coil pack wires

i think lorenz already did this but i didn't see what vehicle he was working on then
