Default School me on the 98 pcm swap

I won't have time to do it here in the next few months, but I'd like to see what I'd be getting into instead of going down the holley route. Can someone who has done the swap give me a link and any advice?

I know I'll need to have a 411 pcm, new license, and repin the existing harness. That's all I know. IIRC, I think there is something with the cluster that has to be done as well.

I know Lorenz has done this many of times. I'm hoping he will chime in. I'd like the cheapest route, I don't mind spending time repinning the harness, just need to know what to repin.
