My devil truck continued

Well i decided to snatch the cam out my old motor and put it in the 5.3 that im putting back in it to see how it does. sounds easy right? well my old 5.3 had oil pressure problems and it never knocked but was always low like 5 at idle. sometimes 0. lol. well i was doing some upgrades so i went ahead and was swapping the motor out. Pulled the timing cover. low and behold the camshaft retainer plate was broke. odd enough. proceeded to pull the cam. the first cam bearing had disintegrated and was no longer there, the third came out with the cam. the lobes look great. the cam bearings are all shot and there are hella grooves in the cam, welcome to the devil truck i own. any body ever see anything like this?
