SC workers comp?
Say someone hurts their back at work and gets sent to the work force doc, only to find nothing on a x-ray. The doc then requests some PT, but never calls.
How does the second opinion work? What if the primary doctor found an issue? Could that stand ground for treatment? Are there any legal issues with this?
