dont replace the EGR valve, its never the culprit on a ford.

its always the DPFE with that code. DPFE is only about $40 i think and a 3yr old could change it.

if you have the ability to do as gearmesh said thats the best way to test it. typically like he said the DPFE voltage sticks low.

with the truck running plug the exhaust and see if the truck stumbles or most likely stalls.
