That's what the hoa told my property manager, but they would not state the reason. I hope its due to my car this past Saturday, because the report is going to throw them for a loop.

...on second thought. FUCK these people. Pack your shit and roll out. once you find a new place go back there in the middle of the night take the screw out of their valve stems and throw them in the pond. Turn the main water line off to their houses...because they would never know to check that. Fork their front yard with metal forks and connect them together with some wire and attach it to a car battery, then hide it behind the property line fence. Or....put some underground fence in their front yard and under their car. Then wrap the collar in wire and make sure its attached it to the prongs... DUCT tape it to their door handle so they are forced to grab it. That would be shocking! Put some fresh fish in their bushes and the trunk of their cars. Zip Tie their driveshafts. Feed Brody some exlax and collect all his shit and put it in random places around their home. Buy a bunch of feeder mice, next time they have their garage open let them loose inside.

These people have no clue as to the shit they can be put through. Hell can be put upon them and they not know who did it, or that anybody actually did it. You can psychologically fuck with peoples' minds and they think they are going crazy. I can't stand people who waste so much of their life living somebody else's.

Next time they are outside, and it's getting late...put on all black clothes with a black beanie and walk out to your yukon...throw some shovels, tape, rope, flashlights and trash bags in the back...but make sure you make stern eye contact with them. Then walk back inside like nothing happened.

Why do you say the report is going to throw them for a loop?

Ahh, so basically they think the report is slamming you when in fact it doesn't. What is the property manager planning to do to fight them?

Same here. It was great comedy watching people drive around and stop then the noise would stop.

$50 dollar fine for loud noise Saturday night. They also claimed I did a burnout, but in Zacs truck and that they have a bucket of rubber from either it or my car. The hoa manager could not specify clearly. She actually spread rubber down the street for the HOA lady to see today. Check out these pictures and tell me what you see wrong with it.

They also claim they have sent 3 notices, but we only have one. I am about to explode soon.

Does that look like rubber from a burn out and is there any evidence of it on the street?

Does it look like my car has done a burn out in the last 3 years?

How am I in a cluster? She is the one falsifying evidence in order to draft a fine on me. I can play that game too, but I am better than that.

I believe that rubber was picked up from the side of the road. And not from your street. And the only way to leave chunks like that is if you did a KILLER burnout. The road would also be marked up.

btw, put a time date stamp on your camera and take the pictures again. just in case you have to go to court. Even though I believe this thread is doing a good job on tracking that. And if you really want to get technical, get the current newspaper or what not and take a picture of it with the "evidence" also. Just a cover your ass moment.

Honestly, I believe that this is going to go to court at one point or another. Sounds like you are being harassed. But than again, I do not know the Hoa side of it. I am just basing this off of your character that I have interpreted since knowing you.

Yes, I agree your hoosiers look like they have not done a burnout in 3 years lol.

Seems to me like she's digging herself a deeper hole. Do you have the bucket of rubber now? Clear cut case of falsifying evidence. I would take this to the next step.

A burn out that would leave pieces of tire like that would be there for months and months. She's not very intelligent is she?

And x2 on time stamping everything, especially with a newspaper.

Here is what I would do....

Have your girlfriend knock on their door as you are backing into their driveway. They answer. Proceed to do a NASTY burnout in said driveway (by the look of the car it is long overdue anyway!!!). Then explain if they are going to try to pull some bull shit like that again they now have an idea of what type of rubber to get. You could also have someone do a lawn job all over the place saving them the trouble (because you are no doubt a good neighbor and want to save them the hastle) of doing it themselves and blaming you anyway.

Also if you want I could go over there and slap the shit outta the lezzy... After all I am 1/4 Indian... From the Smak-a-ho tribe.

Looking at the bucket pic those are definitely tire blow out chuncks. No doubt about it.
