oh shit, the winner gets to drive a vette to try and catch a crotch rocket. Tanner will most likely be the one to drive the vette. It's a Z06 Carbon Edition. Last edited by FRDnemesis; 08-14-2012 at 09:45 PM. |

Good show, UK version is infinitely better though. Sounds like a cool episode though.

Gonna get me a Caprice next year. My crown Vic takes 9 seconds to get to 60. Tired of getting smoked by rental chargers. Watching this episode on DVR right now. It seems the Ford and Dodge are too high maintenance.

Ok. The race between the vette and the motorcycle was badass. I was literally on the edge of my seat cheering.

He is funny as hell for real. He has a bunch of cool cars in his garage, he's into old Datsun's and he races them fairly often around the country.

I DVR'd it too! That chase across the Long Beach bridge reminded me of the old cooper river bridge. You couldn't have paid me to do 150 across that bridge, NO SIR!!!! I bet the dude on that Triumph was nervous as hell as that vette was passing him on those two narrow rough ass lanes at 150mph. |

^^^Yep.... but I do have my favorite episodes;
Veyron vs. Eurofighter Murcielago LP 640 in Abu Dabai Veyron vs. McLaren F1 in Abu Dabai When they came to the US and drove (ZR1, CTS-V & Challeger SRT-8) ZR-1 vs. Audie R8 They bag on US cars relentlessly, but after a while you quit taking it personally and just enjoy the show/humor! Even my wife loves to watch with me because its so damn funny! |

I love the episodes where they travel, the Arctic one is great, so is the Vietnam one. I could watch those episodes over and over.

I used to download my favorite episodes from I-tunes to my phone. Sometimes at my old job, I'd pop my headsets in and listen to the episode while toiling away at work or plug it into the port in the radio and listen to them while traveling down the interstate! Nothing like hearing some of these cars through a 10 speaker Bose system; turned UP!!! |

Watched it last night as well. Really liked the pursuit with the vette and bike.

It was a great episode. I watched it today when I got home from work. I must agree with the comments about the UK TopGear. It is much better than the U.S. version, but both are entertaining.
One of my favorite episodes of the UK TopGear was when they each bought a cheap 4x4 and went through a jungle in Bolivia. It was a few seasons ago, season 13 or 14 I think....That one and the arctic one are my favorite 2 episodes.

Any of the Challenge episodes are full of Win on either US or UK, but UK is the bee's knees.
