Anyone of you guys have an uncut stock crank laying around. I know we still have a few LT people on the board.

I couldn't even sell a disassembled LT1 shortblock for $50 4-5 years ago, so I scrapped it.

Matt, not sure if You've seen this http://savannah.craigslist.org/pts/4826250583.html but it might not be a bad deal if the seller compensates a bit for Your time & drive down there...

I may have a source for you. Let me make a call tomorrow. My "Roadmaster guy" may have one.

As in station wagon? There are guys that classify themselves as "The Roadmaster guy"?

That's what he races. LT powered Roamaster. He has two other LT cars besides that one.

And I gave him that moniker because I figured Matt would know who I meant.

Matt, I still have the guy trying to sell the whole motor, trans, computer, new Hooker Headers, and brand new 383 set up for the LT1.

I forgot about the 4340 crank I have..... have a set of h beams and pistons too. I dont think im going to use it anytime soon so I could probably sell it all. Eagle stuff. Crank is double keyed and balanced but never ran.

I can find out. I know the pistons are Keith Black, and the headers are Hooker..

I'm very skeptical of any crankshaft made by eagle. They are known for their failures in the LT1 world (that sounds stooooopid). I am kinda interested in the headers now that I know I will be yanking this motor regardless if it is hurt or not. I'm not trying to put head studs and heads on in the car. NOPE.

It is But it isn't. Same casting numbers as a late GEN I SBC, firing order obviously etc However the LT1/LT4 cranks are balanced differently from the manufacutuer because of the lighter LT1/LT4/ pistons **However the LT4 crank is yet a touch different than the standard 92-97 LT1 Crank
