here's a pic of laying some body filler in the bay
![]() wire wheel ftw ![]() well i turned my power steering rack and pinion into a non power steering rack and pinion using my old wheel studs. here's a quick how to lol old wheel studs ![]() get four and cut the tips off like this ![]() place them into the holes and turn. they dont thread in much but it should be enough to hold them with some loctite or w/e ![]() where the rubber line was i plugged the holes with some silicone well my lug nuts finally came in today ![]() just gotta get outer tie rods and i can set the car on the ground for the first time in more than a year and give it a wash lol almost done laying filler in the bay. hopefully one more coat followed by a very very light coat ![]() well. the car has touched the ground for the first time in over a year ![]() i didnt take the time to mess with the suspension much. just set it down. the front need work clearly lol, plus no weight on them ![]() for me personally, i think i nailed it ![]() one thing is the driver side rear tire seems to be losing air. im guessing its the old seals on the valve stems. gotta get that fixed before the car goes off for paint |

I give you about two weeks of driving before you crack, bend, or curb a rim. Those tires need to be 20-30mm wider. Shit looks retarded. Did you do that on purpose?

the tire was losing air b/c of a bad seal on the valve stem. its since been fixed. not everyone likes the stretched tire thing but i like it if done modestly. now a days the stretch i have is moderate lol. i plan to pick up another set of wheels probably about 8" to use for some autox now and again. thanks for the welcome!
