Looks like soft armor. Guy said it was a .32 in the video and it appears to be a small caliber pistol. Wouldn't want to try a larger caliber pistol with that type of vest though.

I wish he would have bought a plate carrier. Those usually don't have any Kevlar and thought that it was soft armor!

He would have done the world a favor.
