I have a huge drop on it already. No sense in adding weight either. I can pick up the front of the trailer with two fingers.

Would moving the winch stand forward not work? Can't really see the pics too well to see the setup of the rollers.

Nope. The pad is on the edge of the last roller and the rollers are non adjustable.
