No prep means NO VHT, no dragging the track ...no prep. Pure concrete.

its pretty much the same was as running on the street. It happens. Crazy and ballsy sure. But not EVERYONE wrecks. Better them to wreck there than on the street and possibly take out a bystander IMO

well said,

but, IF you are at a track, why NOT take advantage of it?

why run off a guy flapping his arms? i never got why Pinks can't use the lights.

they messed up bad once, the guy flapping his arms thought the wrong guy won, and bumped the real winner out the competition, then it started raining. the other guy on pinks (the guy of Pass Time) pretty much beeped beeped beeped him out.

i guess it's all fun, but i sweat TOO MUCH working on my rusty junk to risk wrecking.

maybe that only like 1% of the cars, that did the squirrel, though.
everything on the 'net is true......

PINKS is to get street racers off the streets and race at the track (with a flagman) to run for lots of money. I understand the reasoning behind it and I like it.

Alot of tracks do "no lights racing" and just off a flagman. The only lights they usually use would be the win light and that is it. Pay attention on other sites on what other tracks through out the country do. I think bowman every now and than does a "flagman" race. Outwest it is alot of "flashlight drags" someone in the middle of the two cars out around where a tree would be, holds a flashlight and flashes it. Cars take off. Its a modern way of organized street racing at a sanctioned LEGAL event. Alot of flashlight drags takes place at old airports
