I haven't ....I mean, I have not "heard" of anyone trying to catch the big ones like that. usually the babies 3ft and under are fun enough. I do want to try chicken on a rope with a hook in it. But not out there. Maybe if I had my own pond with some in it. Would be a nice past time.
