Exactly, but that doesn't change the fact that a th-400 is not ideal for a daily driven car. Why take a step backwards from a t-56 and 25+ mpg?

Im gonna keep the t56 trying to get robert to swap motors because he has an aluminum headed one, which he is running a turbo 350 so mine would workout good with his

he has a motor that will work with a th400 or 350. im not putting a gun to his head and telling him to do that. but if he wants to use that motor thats what hes gonna have to do. or buy another motor.

but he has a converter made for a LS motor to a turbo 350. so he would have to get a new converter

His motor will work with the turbo 350/400 with a spacer, same motor as mine with a thinner flange, my crank has thicker flange allowing it to bolt up to it no diff, he isnt using those heads anyways, its just the shortblock that robert has
