I'm not pissy,and I like lightings,they are cool trucks no soft spot here,but if I did talk shit to a fella at darlington,and stated a known fact it doesent take 800hp or dragradial tires to put a tbss in the sixs

It don't take that in a lightning, if one "actually" makes and puts to the ground a useable 700hp their in the low 6's high 9's.

There's less than two handfulls of gen 2's in the entire country that make over 800hp, and most of them run mid-low 5's.

A 550hp lightning will easily go 6's if its setup right, but it has to have slicks or drag radials because it has no weight in the back and usually makes 100 more ftlb of tq than whatever its HP is.

Just what did I insinuate? The man said that he would run a lightning with his TBSS? It did have a car on a trailer and it was said very matter of fact. It is a street car and yes it is fast. He was not out of the way or anything. With that being said if my truck ever runs like I want it to, I am gonna try my hardest to drag that TBSS down the track, but currently he is out of my league and I know that! And actually I really like his truck!
