I am trying to convince my wife to let me do the wheels on her Patriot. She likes my wheels but I dont think she's gonna go for black on the Jeep.

I remember when chrome was in, now I can't stand chrome. Then gunmetal, but it isn't too popular. Now, black. After getting my C6 wheels in black that is the only color I'd ever put on my rides. Although, silver is making a comeback.

I wonder what the "new" thing will be in a few years.

Got em all done. Decided on black centers with Silver SVT lettering.

I think they look good with the black calipers and polished Cobra lettering.

Thanks. Hopefully people will some day be able to comment that it runs better than it looks.

More progress...even though its actually taking parts off...
Before:

After:

Already have the paint to fix everything on the bottom that needs to be green. Just gotta get a few of the GT mounting tabs off and fill the holes in the rockers and fenders then paint.

Not quite. In front of the front wheels will be GT. Behind the front wheels will be LX. I am going for a cheap version of Chris Evans car. Yes I know the trim wont match perfectly, and most everyone thinks its stupid looking but STFU I like it.
