Look at the rules. Any size tire is allowed. If you wanna run a big tire, then go ahead. If your car can't make the trip down the track, then you've got other issues. Make a solo pass first and see how it behaves. I always make one or two passes before lining up with anyone. My car get's it done on a true 28.0 10.5 on stock suspension with no problems. Motor or nitrous, it goes straight.

If you want straight down the track with zero movement, make it work on radials. That's boring if you ask me, but it definitely doesn't move around AT ALL.
I crack up when I hear people talk about how great the drivers are on a radial tire. As long as the car is pointed straight, you can relax and drive with one hand. Probably drink some coffee and eat a snack too. |

What's that supposed to mean? You must have been there the night my car got out of shape. Could have been a bad day for sure. That was when I found out how important it is to measure roll out on your tires.

This race has been postponed. Will keep everyone posted on the new date. If there is enough interest we will run heads up 6.0 tomorrow though.
