Give the man a break. He probably would be as happy as a pig in slop to have a running race car these days.

And that isn't a slam on SBM.

All my cars/trucks are spooled or welded or DEEtroits. Aint nobody got time for a posi. Slicks? Check. Never fool with anything less than a M/T drag radial. Havent had a Mustang with power steering yet. Most have had no wipers or defrost. Rain-X FTW. Huge cam? What is huge to you? Oh, no power brakes either. Never had a funny car cage tho. Never had a need for anything larger than 4-5 cowl hood either.

Digs. I don't know how often the ole boy drove it to work, but he drove it to my house picked me up and drove all the way to Dorchester. Including a gas stop on the way.

Like I said it was just to be funny.

thats awesome, seriously. but im sure it sucked riding 2k miles in the loudest car in the world. if it didnt, thats awesome too. glad you enjoyed it.

yes my car had a power assist clutch. its hydraulic. also power everything else. stock interior and full weight.

im wondering why shawnboy hates me.... what did i do to him? and why am i a pussy for questioning someone driving a car like his to work everyday? if he does, great. glad he enjoys it.
