Then I think you just answered your own question.

If I can make it to the top 10 in my slow piece of junk you should have no problem being a contender with all those heavy hitters. For the most part all you have to do is show up consistently and let whoever doesnt show drop down the list.

Honestly, I don't care which one you run in. But, the rules are so vague that you qualify.

2011 true street rules.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Must drive to the track. No trailers allowed.
2. Must RACE on DOT approved tires. If it has a DOT approval, you can run it.

Tire changes are allowed, but only to a DOT approved tire.

This is what most of us pretty much agreed on Sat night at D's. Breaking down was also brought up. Im going to be at every event. So I am volunteering my truck and trailer. It will be at the events every time, and it holds two cars.

From what I gathered last night the consensus was to keep it at Bowman. My personal feelings are that last year we tried Dorchester and couldnt make it through our list, we just cut the night short. Dorchester is just crowded. Every time we went to Bowman we were able to finish with day light to spare. __________________

I'm sure you have enough to get into the top 10. I'm only running mid 6's and managed the 4 spot. Not that many 5 second cars last year. I hope more cars will run and tighten up the competition a little. I like a tight race anyways.

Krypt.,
Ask anyone on here that races, Bowman hooks better than Dorchester. By the end of the year, they prepped the track from the starting line to about 100 feet past the finish line. I saw a fast car from this area that wrecked there, but the track prep got much better later in the year.
