You could probably make a couple bucks with that. It's catch 22 for me though. They drive me crazy, but they retire here and sometimes I benefit from that.

Let's face it...this is what they see. You're young, you have a "sports" car that is "loud" and so do most of your friends that come over. They see you as a young punk kid with toys who "rents" and "purposely" tries to get attention. You have a big dog that people are so "afraid" of. There is a list of things these people are probably saying to their neighbors and the cops. The sad thing is, they know nothing about you. They nothing about your car, your dog, Lisa, your business, or your friends. They just want to think you are a careless, obnoxious person, NATURALLY. Honestly, the best way to handle the situation, IMO, is to kindly try and get these people to get to know you. Teach them a thing or two about you and ask learn about them... sounds shitty but it will clear up any misconceptions they may have. You never know, they may end up liking your car....or Lisa!

I have one, but it is loaned to another consultant I work with. He is in Greenville, but I'll get it back next week when I am up there working with him. We can set something up after I get it back here.

Ive been pretty fortunate with my neighbors and HOA. I just recently paid dues, $60 a year. The president is the secretary and treasurer. He said he wants to keep it low so their is no way it can be backed by a lawyer. And also stated that if we had a problem just talk to your neighbor. lol My kinda guy.


I was a little worried when I first brought my car there, but the col de sac is very laid back and are ok with the car as long and I give them something off the grill when it is fired up and take them for a ride in the car occasionally. Pretty fortunate.


Hope this works out for ya. Sounds like your self control is beyond mine. Pretty sure I would have drained their ac system, turned off the water supply, disconnected a phone/cable line or something by now.

i live in macedonia and half of the people out here cant even spell HOA, i was coming home one night with my trailer and i was tired (slim chance i was racing) and they had my driveway blocked and told me to hold on but they were blockin MY driveway, i wasnt nice because i couldnt get out of the highway. Since then they havent spoke a word

We had a meeting with the property manager and it looks like her and the owner are down to fight these people with me. I brought a bunch of documentation to them yesterday to help our case and some proof of special treatment (changing the sign bylaws 3 days after the suspects townhome was put up for sale).

We were also told that a fine was going to be given tomorrow, but they wouldnt say for what. I can't wait to see what it is!
