Cuz the 'Ring. The elevation changes aren't accurately captured in videos or video games. It blew my mind how much uphill there was to that track.

The one time I went there with my buddy and his 335i, it was closed. We were disappoint. He later went back and actually drove it, after I had already returned to the states. So still on my bucket-list to do.

LT1 head flow data
http://www.gmhightechperformance.com...ylinder_heads/ Graphs show the LS3/L92 with gain over the LT1, but articles say the opposite.

LT1 ports are wayyyyy smaller than the LS3 stuff... no surprise that the LS3 stuff shows a slightly higher flow rate. Now i'm curious how a cathedral port trickflow flows compared to an LT1 head.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-t...orsepower.html Headers (if that's what that car has) are worth far less than you are giving them credit with a stock motor and NO tune. Normally any CAI is worth 10-15fwhp. At 1:07 you can clearly see the C6 has aftermarket tail pipes which leads me to believe it is a "CAI and Axle back only car". A 460hp LT1 7spd vs a 400 ish LS2 A6. The LS2 car was just outgunned Last edited by FRDnemesis; 10-14-2013 at 11:57 PM. |
