Default Explorer Water Pump

Im not to familiar with how these cars have their water pumps set up and stuff. Its a 2004 6cyl 2wd model. Coolant is leaking from it and it looks like its right on the front of the cylinder block i can see some green stuff. Water pumps on these things just run off the serp belt? So all it is to change that is take off serp belt, change out the water pump and thats it? Thanks

Yep along with adding coolant and burping it. Those things are notorious for air bubbles in the coolant system. Google it. Should find a how to somewhere.
