Default God Hates imports

Alright I'll admit it....I was stoked last weekend when I went for T&T night and found out there'd be a chance for me to get some passes in against other tuners and maybe some 19 year olds with the mustang daddy bought them. But then Hurricane Sandy happened and its supposed to rain all day saturday and be very windy....It proves it God hates imports and I should have bought American Muscle......

Damn, I might not have a fast car but I'd hate to have 12k in parts and run 8's in the 1/8th. Ouch, that really sucks.

No offense intended.

I've been through 2 turbos that's about 2k and an engine build that was about 6k parts and labor....(didn't have time to do it myself) the other 4 k comes from the other supporting mods in my sig...when I get a proper tune ill be cutting 7s in the 1/8th. The fact remains I'm faster than an STI that's stage 2 and those cost about 12k more stock than mine so I'm still winning cause for the same price I'm waaaaayyyy faster

Just get you a Merkur (the new guy is selling one) which is an import, but is powered by good old American 4 cyl muscle. 2.3 Turbo. same engine that is in the Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, and Mustang SVO. Just as capable as any Honda, Mits, or Mazda, and cost WWAAAYYY less to build.

Not any more than any other car, that was more or less an urban myth.

I can guarantee it does. Most of the upgrades can be a DIY, and dont require outrageous tunes, and all. And yes, its RWD.

The fastest stock turbo 1g DSM has been 10.876 @ 123.83 with no nitrous. Just saying lol.
