I never realized how much he resembles Randy Quaid in Vegas Vacation.

Yes we did win a class race. Not bad for its first time out in over 10 months on a completely different motor. Some new adjustable shocks and other misc items.

Brought home that small trophy and some cash to go into the bank. Was a good weekend. Had issues friday night with the nitrous not firing off and we got it fixed saturday. But I only put the 50 shot or so in it as I needed to just run in the index and that was mainly a "just in case"

Good job and congratulations. At least you're racing again. Happy with your new setup?

I am happy to just have made some passes and being back down the track in the blazer. Went 7.3@ 93-96 mph (unsure as I do not have timeslip in front of me) yesterday on the 50 shot. But we have some small things that needs to be addressed, cleaned up and dialed in. But other than it was fun. Need to bring the 60 ft down where we had it with the lt1 1.53-1.61 and I will be happy. I was only cutting in the 1.7 range and I think that is too high. But than again, thats why their is always another time and changes can be made.
Mind you the lt1 was h/c/i and full exhaust . The ls motor is not even close with the mods.

Thanks Morey. Hoping to get some more out of her with the current setup. After watching some of the videos, I notice that I could still use some shock adjustments and work on different launch rpms to see if that helps. Plus some other little things.
