How old is too old...

When it comes to valve springs? What is your thoughts on the subject? My beehives are now 5 1/2 years old with 25-30k miles on them.

I'm considering doing a swap for some PAC 1518's and upgrading my valve terrain w/ NSA rockers. ( I don't like the idea of turning 6600+ rpm on SA rockers.

Well I run Pac springs and love them. That being said the correct thing to do is have a machine shop put them on a valve spring compressor and check them out, they should be able to tell you..:bigthumb:

I think I will be picking up the PAC's either way, it's too good of a deal to pass up. With that said, I will get simmons to check out my old ones. With any luck, I can sell them and recoup some of my money.
