Yea its trying. This is what happens when a chevy guy trys to work on a ford. You can be brutal with a chevy and it wont care. You have to be tender with a ford. Or maybe it knows Im a chevy guy. Either way I going to win one way or another.

Damn it this thing is pissing me off. I fixed the bolt at work. Got a tap for it.
Tapped the hole. Then started the tap in the rest of the holes to make sure they were OK. Then I put antiseize on all of the bolts. Stared putting it back together. One of the front bolts started getting stiff at the bottom but I got it tight. the 2 very back bolts will not go all the way down. There hard as hell to get to in the first place and they want to be a pain in the....yea. I didnt run the tapp all the way down in the other holes because they all started fine. and I had put 3 bolts in last time with no probelm before I run into the one bad one and it got bad at the top. Ill finish it. Im still paying for the damn thing so I cant let it just sit. Even though it sat for almost a year now. But needless to say I dont really like the damn thing. |

Allrighty. Pulled the SC and the intercooler back off. Tapped all of the holes all the way to the bottom. put it back together and everything went fine. One other thing I did that im sure you guys have found a way around. The very back bolt on the SC on the passanger side is a PITA to put in if you use the factory bolt. I notched the front of the hole in just the SC about a 1/4in
and it droped right in. I know there are a few other things that could be done about it, but I wanted it to look like I hadnt done anything. All I have now are hoses and wires. And just a few. YEA!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I tryed. He didnt answer, but thanks Whaler. I took the drvers side valve cover off and had my brother try to start it just to see if I could see anything. Well I did. The sprocket on the front of the cam was turning but the cam was not. I dont understand it. I know I had them lined up. And I turned the motor over by hand before I started it. Just to make sure nothing was hitting just in case I had something wrong. Unless I was told wrong on how to line them up and I didnt turn it over far enough. I really dont know what to do now.
