I had sworn the place off but now that Ive traded the diesel truck for a Lightning I really cant afford to make the drive to Bowman as often. I bought slicks so that I could actually hook at the chessa with my Badass 306.
I thought THOUGHT I had it nailed last weekend as the track was working good (obviously because of the "all Ford race" the were having IE; EVENT) but I was wrong. Last night same ole shit slicks hooked great but the track went to shit past the 60 ft. I thought I was gonna die. Fail.

No lie. I have never been faster than an .80 (CMD you got the back tire for life, still

) at dorchester. The one and only time I went to bowman, I ran a .64 and back it up with a .70 and a .72 as the day went on.

One thing I did notice about the track right away was the fact that a 3 year old kid was able to run down the track w/o issue while it was being blown off. You'd think a moderately prepped track would have ripped his little shoes off! Then again, I am sure they didn't expect a real big turn out last night.

I was impressed by Wes' pass though. That car rode the heck out.

It did but he struggled for traction on a couple passes. And you KNOW his shit is right suspension wise.

i did that on purpose. I have been fighting a problem and the only way to find it was to make the car spin the tires.

I should of come to chessa Sunday, Midway was dirt road status after the 60 and I'm getting tired of killing power and sliding around the whole track.
