It's almost Mustang Week. Go check out all of them in person! Then decide.

Mine has mufflers. I see they dont make a 11 5.0 axleback exhaust.

axle backs are gay, cat back or nothing.
Simply getting at the fact that no one makes that I know of a one piece cat-back exhaust for the 2011 Mustang. So axle-backs themselves are not gay. They are one piece of the exhaust you should upgrade. So the question still lies what is a good axle-back and I am sure he will deal with the midpipe next and maybe headers oneday. Then the question is how much before he needs a tune and does he want to void his warranty to do so if it requires a PCM flash. Midpipe and axleback dont usually require one on previous years but neither did a CAI on previous years. I need myself to learn more about the 5.0 system because there seems to be 4 parts to this system. I have removed what appears to be the smaller cats or resonators on the midpipe but there are larger(than I have EVER seen) cats one the pipe above the midpipe. Have not seen any upgrades to replace those as of yet. Any idea on that I'd love to hear. But I agree with what your saying in that just an axle back itself isn't as worthy as a cat-back upgrade.

On the 11GT I went with Bassani with a no cat midpipe and it sounds good but I would like it to be alittle more aggresive. The tips are much better than the Borlas and the system is much cheaper. Borlas are over 8 and around 5 for the Bassani. I can meet up with you to hear mine if you like. Here is my Borla/Bassani set up.

"axle backs are gay, cat back or nothing." Love to hear the facts you base this on...

Corsa Extreme and X-Pipe. Nearly zero interior "drone" with Corsa.
Kooks sound good, but I haven't heard any Kooks stuff from inside the car.
